OOTD #10 || FIRST SPRING DAYS

maandag 8 april 2019

Winter is my least favorite season of the year, so when spring comes around the corner, I take out my DSLR for some awesome OOTD pics. These are less awesome because my mom took them so I had to crop a lot. She is not that handy with technology but thank god there were a few good pics (I think). This is more a feminine look which fits this season! My favorite part of this OOTD are definitely the hair pins, which are super trendy at the moment. What do you think of this trend, let me know!

OOTD #9 || Appreciating art

donderdag 20 september 2018

I always try to dress a bit more artsy and casual when I go to an art exhibition. Not only do I enjoy looking at art but I know that most art places have a great vibe and look to them. So I always try to snap a few pics when I'm there. In this case I visited M50 in Shanghai. If you ever get the chance to visit then it's a must! I recently wrote a blogpost about M50 so if you're interested then click here!

Review Off-White || Diag Padded Binder Clip Crossbody Bag

donderdag 19 april 2018

I'm so so sooo excited for this blogpost. My very first designer bag that I got for myself paid with my own money. Even tho I'm leaving soon for my exchange to Shanghai I had to spoil myself with this must have piece, a crossbody bag. I've been looking for the perfect high end crossbody bag for ages and my eyes where set on the Chloé Faye bag, but knowing me I'm really into streetwear and this piece is perfect to accomplish that look. Also there's a reason I got it in white.. I'm still eyeing the Faye bag in black ;)

Off-White is one of the most hyped high-end streetwear brands right now and it has been spotted in combination with other high end brands at fashion week. They're well known for their yellow industrial strap, mostly used as a belt. The Diag Padded Binder Clip retails at 780 euro. It's well known for the binder clip attached to the bag. You can get it in different colors and materials but I got the white leather one. A very dangerous one I think since white is so easy to fck up, but again an essential to have in your wardrobe especially since spring and summer is around the corner.

The bag is in a white leather color in combination with silver colored metal. The silver compliments the white very well giving it a very clean and edgy look. It has 2 straps so you can change it to your liking. It has the iconic yellow strap and a white strap matching the bag. If you want to go for a more sweet and clean look then the white strap is your to go strap. But if you're more into cool and edgy streetwear then the yellow strap will definitely be an eyecatcher. It comes with a smaller strap as well if you're more of a handbag kinda girl. When you open the bag it's quite spacious, it has two small compartments, one with a zip and one without, perfect for your ID or creditcard. It closes automatically through the magnets which comes in quite handy.

On the metal rings on the side and on the binder clip the logo Off-White is spotted. It's quite dainty which I love. Also you can move the binder and clip it wherever you want on the front of the bag. When you open the bag, at the top, Off-White Made in Italy is engraved in the leather. I love how all the branding of the brand is very small and almost hidden.

Overall I'm in love with this bag, you can make any outfit edgy and cool with the yellow strap or sweet and minimal with the white strap. The only thing I dislike is that changing straps can be troublesome. It's really hard and sturdy in the beginning so it took me a while. I hope it loosens up more but for now I'm sticking to the yellow strap ;)

OOTD #7 || Hug me please

woensdag 17 januari 2018

My first post of 2018, can I get a big high five for that. My first blogspot was in 2015, I can't believe I've been blogging for 3 years now. I may not be consistent but this is definitely gonna be my blogging year. I've planned a lot of exciting stuff, including a whole new photography setup! But you'll see more of that very soon.. Let's start with this super cute and comfy OOTD.

The Yesstyle Look #1 || White Turtleneck Sweater

woensdag 6 december 2017

I'm so excited to start a new series called The Yesstyle Look. The title explains enough but for people who don't know what Yesstyle is, it's an asian online shopping mall where they sell tons of clothes, shoes and accessories! I always order here and it's either a hit or miss, so I thought it would be super helpful if I could share my experiences and pictures of the pieces I buy. I'm not sponsored by Yesstyle to do this so all the pieces I got are bought with my own money.

OOTD #5 || Streetwear || Asics

zaterdag 21 mei 2016

I'm really getting into streetwear again, especially sneakers. My obsession for them has been revived and I can't wait to get my hands on a new pair! I'm currently eyeing the new Nike Air Max 90's Woven ones, but they are so damn expensive. But hey, they haven't released woman sizes yet so nothing to worry about right.

I did get a new pair of sneakers tho. They are from Asics and it's the Gel Lyte 3 from the Maldives pack and oh my god the color way is just gorgeous. These are my very first pair of Asics but definitely not my last one. They're the perfect sneakers for spring and so comfortable to walk in. Here's how I style these Asics.
